A Kazak herdsman was searching for information he needed on the
agricultural service website at the information service center in
Xinjiang's Yining County on Apr. 25. At this information center, local
farmers and herdsmen can not only obtain plenty of information on farm

technologies, labor and market analyses, but also release supply and
