Chicago held 2006 Miss Congeniality Pageant

The 23rd Annual Chinatown Gala and the 2006 Miss Congeniality Pageant
sponsored by the Chicago Chinatown Chamber of Commerce were held
recently. No. 9 contestant Chen Li'an (seated in the middle) won the
champion and was crowned Miss Congeniality. No. 1 contestant He Mingzhu
(L1) and No. 7 contestant Zhou Baolin (R2) were the first and second
runners-up. Chen Li'an and He Mingzhu will participate in the Miss
Chinese Congeniality International held in Hong Kong in 2006 and 2007,
respectively, on behalf of Chicago.
