Collective Works of Confucian School Classics

A white collar in Beijing was reading the Collective Works of Confucian
School Classics which was compiled and published by Peking University on
Sept. 22. The Analects of Confucius is also part of the Collective Works.
The Collective Works consist of five types of classic works of the
Confucian School and are highly valuable for academic study and
collection. Compilation of the Collective Works will be carried out in
two stages, the selected part and the complete collection. The project
started in 2004 and will take 17 years to complete.
Prof. Tang Yijie (R), director of the compilation team and top expert of
the Collective Works of Confucian School Classics, attended the issuance
ceremony on Sept. 22nd.
