A finely-decorated boat was cruising along the external Qinhuai River
nearly Nanjing's Qingliangmen on Oct. 31. The overall renovation project
of the external Qinhuai River with an investment of three billion yuan
(US$369.9 million) lasted three years and was completed in mid October.
