Kazak herdsmen prepare for the winter

Kazak herdsmen in Baihaba Village were rolling felts to prepare for the
upcoming winter on Oct. 6. Xinjiang's Habahe County has continuously
increased the magnitude to settle down Kazak herdsmen, with the number of
settled or half settled households reaching 3,613, accounting for 85% of
the total. After the settlement, Kazak herdsmen have increasingly
improved their standards of living. At present, per capita annual net
income has reached 3,348 yuan (US$412.8).
